Rent Tokenization
Blockchain-Backed Fractional Real Estate Investment
Own a piece. Earn the rent. Trust the contract.
- Real estate investment requires high minimum capital and private relationships
- Cross-border entry is blocked by local legal complexity
- Rental-income streams are inaccessible to retail investors
- No transparent, liquid secondary market for real estate positions
A regulated marketplace where real estate developers list projects and investors acquire fractional economic interests through blockchain-based tokens.
Each token represents a clearly documented legal right — SPV equity, trust interest, or contractual claim — not vague crypto exposure. The platform is a regulated real-world asset marketplace first, and a crypto application second.
Two layers:
- Legal layer — contracts, ownership structures, investor rights, issuer obligations, disclosures, compliance controls, and transfer restrictions
- Token layer — blockchain-based representation of rights, distribution accounting, investor registry, secondary transfer controls, and governance workflows
Each listed project is held in a project-specific SPV. Investors acquire tokenized economic interests in that SPV — or a legally documented contractual claim against it.
Example asset type — rental real estate development project
